I not only knew that, I've read the Bhagavad Gita... the reason I used the quote was in reference to the quote's relevance (as used by Oppenheimer—not Vishnu!) to the world our finite game-playing has wrought. I've quoted the Vedas in many other articles related to self-awareness and transcendence. This one was less about self-transcendence than about shifting our narrative, and focused on the empirical 'plenty' that abounds, and which we largely withhold from one another.
